Returns & Replacements

1. Quality standard

We aim to deliver seed packs that match the variety and quantity shown in our listings. Minor differences in label artwork or batch codes are not considered defects if the ordered SKU is correct.

2. Eligible issues

• Wrong seed variety or pack size delivered compared with your invoice.
• Shipment lost in transit with no delivery scan within the promised window.
• Packs arrive torn, soaked, or clearly unfit for sowing on arrival.

3. Reporting window

Contact us within twenty-four hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and affected packs. Reports received after this window may not qualify for replacement.

4. Resolution options

Approved claims may receive a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund to the original payment method at our discretion based on stock and courier coverage.

5. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for change of mind, germination results after successful delivery, or damage caused by improper storage unless covered by the eligible issues above.
