1. Agreement scope

These Seed Market Terms apply when you access Barakah Global and purchase sowing seeds for vegetables and flowers — including popular vegetable varieties, flower mixes, herbs, and specialty seed selections through our website. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any checkout feature, you agree to the conditions below.

2. Seller details

This storefront is operated by SAHIL SAIYAD trading as Barakah Global. Registered office: SHOP NO-115, 1ST FLOOR, CITY MALL, LINK ROAD, ANDHERI WEST, VEERA DESAI ROAD, MUMBAI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, 400053.

3. Product listings

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and correspond to the pack weight, count, or net quantity shown on each product page.
• Photographs illustrate typical seed packaging and variety; natural variation in germination rates, batch labels, and pack artwork may occur between harvest seasons.
• Seasonal availability may change without notice when a seed lot sells out or a supplier cycle ends.

4. Account eligibility

Checkout requires email verification. Purchasers must be at least eighteen years old, or have a guardian complete the transaction on their behalf.

5. Payment and confirmation

• An order is accepted once prepaid payment clears or Cash on Delivery is confirmed on screen.
• Supported methods are UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) where serviceable.
• Any COD courier fee is shown before you submit checkout.

6. Seed viability notice

Sowing seeds are living products. Viability depends on harvest date, storage before dispatch, transit conditions, and how you store packs after delivery. We ship in moisture-safe packaging but cannot guarantee germination outcomes in every growing environment.

7. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts near our Mumbai registration address have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from orders placed on this site.
